Responsible Gambling on Our Floor
Gambling is entertainment that costs money, and the only version of it that works is one you can afford to lose. These are the tools on the MYR88 floor, who they are for, and how to switch them on.
Eighteen and over, one account each
The floor is for adults only. Registration takes a phone OTP, we ask for identity documents when something on an account does not add up, and an account found to belong to anyone under eighteen is closed. One person holds one account, and that rule exists as much for this reason as for the promotions.
Limits you can set on your own account
Ask live chat for a deposit limit and the cashier will refuse anything above it, by day or by week, until you ask for it to be lifted. A lift is not instant, which is the point of it.
The RM5 minimum deposit helps here too, because a session never needs a large payment in front of it. A bonus works the other way: it adds turnover, so money stays on the floor longer before it can leave, and the terms are worth reading on the MYR88 bonus page before you claim one.
Cooling-off and self-exclusion
A cooling-off break locks sign-in and the cashier for a period you choose, measured in days or weeks. The account is not deleted and the balance stays where it is, but nothing can be deposited or staked until the break ends.
Self-exclusion is the longer version and it closes the account. We will not reopen it inside the period, whatever is said later, because an exclusion that can be talked out of is not one. Clear the balance before either, and the rules for that are on the MYR88 withdraw page.
Signs to stop, and where the law stands
The warning signs are the same everywhere: staking more to win back a loss, borrowing to play, hiding how much time or money has gone in, and playing to solve a money problem rather than to pass an evening. Any one of them is a reason to set a limit today rather than next month, and live chat can do it while you are reading this.
In Malaysia the law on this is the Common Gaming Houses Act 1953 together with the Betting Act 1953, and there is no Malaysian body that licenses an online casino. Those are the facts. What you do with them is your own decision.
